If Bluetooth works but the receiver path does not—or the reverse—the mouse itself is probably not completely dead. The failure can be isolated to pairing, receiver/USB, radio environment or software configuration.

- An available USB-A port for the documented Logi Bolt USB receiver included with the business model.
- Logi Options+ is required for supported advanced customization features; basic pointer/button behavior can exist without it.

Test basic pointer and button input in DeviceOK after connecting by Bluetooth.

Switch to the Bolt receiver path and repeat the same browser input test.

If only one path fails, troubleshoot that connection path instead of replacing the mouse immediately.
