MyASUS System Diagnosis

MyASUS System Diagnosis provides scenario-based checks and an overall hardware diagnostic for supported ASUS systems, with some models also offering UEFI/WinRE diagnostics.

Move beyond the browser at the right time

Keep the evidence chain

Record which DeviceOK test passed or failed, run the official diagnostic, then compare the native result with the original symptom. A native diagnostic pass does not automatically mean an app-specific problem is imaginary; it means the next investigation should move toward configuration, permissions, compatibility or intermittent behavior.
